Delivery & Returns

We understand how uncertain it can be when deciding to purchase a piece of art online. That’s why we have made a commitment to making it as easy as possible with a non-quibble simple delivery and returns policy to help give you complete peace of mind:

Delivery in the UK & Ireland

All products purchased from us include insurance against damage in transit. All of our artwork will be delivered to you in sturdy cardboard packaging on a next day or 48hr courier service. This service operates Monday to Friday, between 09.00 and 17.00. Our prints will be delivered within the UK & Ireland via Royal Mail or DPD.

We aim to deliver unframed orders and gifts within 5 working days, stock permitting. If we are out of stock of your item, and is likely to take longer, we will contact you immediately. Please allow up to 12 working days for framed orders.

Delivery outside of the UK & Ireland

We are currently sourcing the best provider to deliver our prints outside of the UK & Ireland. Currently online purchasing has been disabled for purchases outside of the UK & Ireland but if you wish to order then simply email info@aikenprints.com and we’ll get back to you with a quote.

Returning items to Jonathan Aiken Prints

If you need to return your order for any reason, please contact info@aikenprints.com explaining your reason for the return and we will liaise directly with you by email for a simple and successful return.

We can only process a full refund if the art arrives back to us in a re-saleable condition. The cost of re-packing and returning the item will be your responsibility and we advise you to use a signed for insured delivery service as you will be liable for the cost of the art if it is lost or damaged in transit.

Upon safe receipt of the returned item in a re-saleable condition, we will promptly process your refund. We endeavour to complete the refund as swiftly as possible but please allow up to 3 working days for this to take place.
